Friendly heartfelt cuisine inspired by the sea and the seasons Above anything else, our restaurant, Amnios, prides itself on celebrating the art of hospitality and the pleasure of sharing. Our dishes are made of fresh produce chosen each day from the local market. Fish choices will depend on the local catch-of-the-day. Each meal is designed as a special occasion in itself and elevated by a carefully selected wine list.

Table d’hôte dinners

As night falls, the mood becomes more intimate and cozy. Enjoy our intimate and welcoming atmosphere as our Chefs prepare a unique dining experience: a surprise menu at €49 per person (excluding drinks), served at our table d’hôte. Available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. A moment to share and discover our lovingly-prepared culinary delights.

To ensure the utmost freshness of our products, as well as the seasonality of our ingredients, we are proud owners of our own vegetable garden. In addition, we work with local fishermen who have the utmost respect for the island’s ecosystem. As part of our eco-friendly approach, we systematically sort all our waste.
