During your stay, you’ll find everything you’re looking for – from lovingly chosen decor to the use of natural materials, everything is designed to help you fully switch off. The hotel features a large infinity pool overlooking the lagoon, a gym, a concierge service, and exceptional dining facilities throughout the day. Breakfast

Open to both hotel guests and outside visitors, we offer a family breakfast with quality products and great service. With an unrivalled view of Saint Barth’s sunrise, it’s the perfect way to start the day.

Every lunchtime, we’ll delight your taste buds with fresh and tasty gourmet cuisine… Immerse yourself in our culinary universe. Dishes vary according to our morning inspiration and market produce availability.

Dinner

Evenings are spent around our large table d’hôte and offer a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our chefs will tell you more about their cuisine and culinary passion, and will also be able to offer advice on suitable wine pairings. They’ll certainly make you feel at home. A unique culinary experience in Saint Barthélémy. With an all-inclusive menu (excluding drinks) costing just €49 per person, the table d’hôte is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings by prior reservation. This all-inclusive menu can be tailored according to your daily activities.
